Coming up on continuing to rent for 2 years now and I have nothing but amazing things to say about the apartment and staff. Maintenance requests get addressed super fast, staff is friendly and helpful, not to mention mission is a great place to live! Love this place. At Home Apartments is a very reliable and trustworthy company to rent from!
Roaches! People attempts to resolve the Issue. Pest control is only responsible to squirt a tiny dot of bug spray in the kitchen floor and the bathroom. Otherwise they try to provide sticky traps which does nothing for the bugs, crawling in the walls and coming into the apartment in the kitchen for months, incessantly.! So just FYI, they have roaches in the walls and they’re not doing anything to get rid of them so they’ll still be there!
I moved to an At Home Apartments of KC property in February 2024 after a horrific leasing experience with another local property management company. I could not have made a better choice by signing a lease with At Home Apartments.
