The girl with long dark hair and glasses is very rude.
It was easy navigating this huge store. I find unique stuff as well as useful stuff. Today I bought a 5x8 rug and a matching runner. I needed the under pads and found those no problem. I absolutely love this store. My next visit will be for Christmas decor. They cater to every style and design. LOVE IT…their prices are comparable, with lots of sales, discounts, and clearance items.
Was very disappointed--after spending at least 30 minutes picking out just the right large piece of artwork, we decided on one that happened to be on clearance. As we neared the checkout, a 'manager' approached us saying that this particular item wasn't for sale because it was on a list to be removed and donated. She would not allow us to purchase it even though it was still on the sales floor. What a waste of time--it will be a long time until (if) we return if that is their policy.
