Found just what we were looking for.
Truly terrible experience. The lady working the checkout on the evening of the May 28th provided some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. She refused to honor any of the listed sales prices because ‘the system doesn’t show it’ and was both rude and condescending. Complete bait and switch sales tactics. I will not be returning to this store, there are much better options for both service and price in town.
If I could give my review 0 stars, I would. 1 is too generous. We spent an hour walking around the store shopping for planters and looking through the “75% OFF” clearance section. We got to the check out and one of our items that had a 75% off sticker and was found in the 75% off clearance section (originally $80), rang up as $68. We asked what it rang up as because our total seemed high. She rudely responded with “$68”. Its been s few years since I have shopped here.. i forgot how much fun this store is! There are so many things to see its almost overwhelming. Some of the prices seem high but there are deals to be had if you look. The employee at the checkout was very friendly.
