I have shopped here for YEARS!!!! Now, I WILL NOT EVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. Recently ( Sept. 7, 2025) my mom and I were shopping here for some home items. I had two baskets full literally totally $1,000. I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding the handling of my recent order. I received an email stating that my order was ready for pickup. After working a 10-hour shift, I drove 25 miles to the At Home store in Kenner, LA, arriving at approximately 7:34 PM (Central Time), with the sole intention of picking up this order.
