I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding the handling of my recent order. I received an email stating that my order was ready for pickup. After working a 10-hour shift, I drove 25 miles to the At Home store in Kenner, LA, arriving at approximately 7:34 PM (Central Time), with the sole intention of picking up this order. I was in the store on yesterday and I wanted to buy a table . I saw two employees a row over . I struggled with the heavy box and finally got it in the cart . The two employees just continued their conversation never acknowledging me . Specifically, the man with the pink bow in his head .
