The store is too large for the staff it has on hand. I am a Roadie driver for pick up online deliveries. I waited well over 30 min for Erica to assist me. There was only 1 cashier and this is beyond unsatisfactory. The cashier radio for twice and this is ridiculous. The store manager Mardi should be ashamed of herself. This store is well over 5000 sq feet and this day, it was only 3 people working in the entire store. Take Mardi salary and use it to hire for people. 04/17/2026

I went into the store to look for a pillows, and there were five rows of pillows, and not one was marked with the price. I found the sales person who was irritated that I bothered her and asked her if I supposed to guess on the price. She said that it comes in from the stock like that and in order to get the price, you have to ask an associate for it. The store has no scanners. It seems as though that’s a lot of work for me to give the store my money. I will never return and I hope no one else does.
