I purchased 2 platform bed frames today online and the order was delivered through Uber. The Uber driver left my package at the entrance to my apartment building, no where near my actual door, and left. The purpose of getting a item delivered is so that you don't have to figure out how to get your items into your actual apartment AFTER the driver decides to leave them at the entrance. Today me and my son stop in the store. Noone greeted us, then we proceeded to look at the dinning tables. There was a young lady with glasses never ask if we needed help other then followed us. We proceeded to look at towels, lord and behold out of nowhere two old men with their employee badges came down the aisle and looked at us but never ask if we needed help. Very poor customer service.
