I was planning to purchase a beautiful canvas wall decor. The product was in the clearance section, and had a clearance tag on it. When I went to the register, it rang at full price. When I inquired, the manager came over in a nasty manner. Stated the product was not on sale. I recently visited At Home to exchange/return unused curtains, and my experience started off great thanks to Voila, the cashier who assisted me. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and polite, making sure the process went as smoothly as possible despite a new system being in place for only a few days. Edit: March 13th - I recommend that you cancel any credit card membership you have with this company. Do NOT trust at all. After escalating this situation to corporate - I ordered the couch online as I was recommended to do so. And they canceled on me on the day of delivery for no reason?!!!
