Pros: I like the heated pool and the RV storage. It's convenient to be able to store my "second house" when I'm not camping, and to swim in not a frozen tundra of a pool. Cons: Not a huge fan of living so close to Inkster. Traffic gets kind of hectic and sometimes overflows into our neighborhood.
I like the location of Huron Estates. Close to the highway and the airport, but not too close. The free RV storage is very useful as well. Helps cut down costs of having to use a storage facility.
The clubhouse is nice and not over-decorated. Even a guy can feel comfortable there hanging with his boys. It's cool they've got free wi-fi, especially if you're trying to escape your house because you need to study.
Clean park. Play areas for kids including a basketball court. The office alright and it's got long tables and a sitting area.
This place is great. Management takes good care of the grounds. The neighborhood is kid-friendly with playgrounds and a pool (which adults need to supervise...no lifeguard). Office staff is nice and makes paperwork easy. Real close to the airport (Metro), making travel easy, especially with I-75 and I-275 close by. Willow Metropark is also close if you're a golfer, or just need some outdoors time. Nice place to live. Definitely recommend!
