just don’t go. this place is walkable from my home so i’ve given it many tries but they don’t care about what you want, they’re doing the BARE minimum hair cut to get it over with it. i’m saving your hair, go somewhere else, anywhere else.. they’ll make you regret getting a hair cut
They are so good and they are good customer service is amazing
incredibly rude. the man i was consulting with was sarcastic to me as a worried customer. i asked whether layers were in his expertise because the stylists all had plain cuts, and he replied in a sarcastic tone “no, no.” eye rolled at me and turned away before i even sat in his chair.
Do. Not. Come. Here. I gave it one star but if I could rate this salon in the negatives I would. My experience here was the biggest waste of time and hair. They will ruin your life and then tell you your hair "just needs to be styled". I wanted a simple blunt cut in the back and some face framing pieces in the front. They cut it way shorter than I asked, thinned out my hair when I specifically said not to, and gave me the choppiest, ugliest, most disgraceful layers when I DID NOT ask for layers.
