On behalf of the staff at Littlejohn Legal we wish to thank you for your session, who would have thought simple changes on how we sit & move can make all the difference. We all learnt new things and and thoroughly enjoyed your demonstration. Well worth it and highly recommend to everyone. Thank you Alex.
When Alex at AT Grace attended our office and ran a session for our staff on posture and "chair yoga", every member of the team ended the day relaxed, smiling, and educated. Alex's deep knowledge of her material and engaging manner spoke directly to team members aged between 20 and 70. I have engaged Alex privately afterwards and I highly recommend her services.
I had a great experience with Alex. She was professional, knowledgeable, and supportive, and really took the time to explain things clearly. I left feeling much more aware of my posture and movement. Highly recommend.
Alex was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Also very entertaining for our team when presenting. Would love to have her back soon.
