At Ease has been providing support for my father for a number of years. Every member of the team has been so kind and communicative, and Chris has made certain that each caretaker has been fully informed about my dad's needs. Expensive inflexible agecy with no quality control followup. Its been a while, but I was concerned to hear a trusted resource recommend this agency. I hired them before surgery. I had to pay a high minimum amount up front. The caregiver was a lazy babysitter. Her idea of light housework was none. She spent her time reading our bathroom books & preparing a presentation for church. There was no quality control survey or follow-up. The team at Ease in Home were great! They took care of my father like he was their own. The communication was great between their staff, management and my family. I highly recommend them to take care of your loved one.
We were so thankful for the wonderful, compassionate service that Chris and the Ease in the Home caregivers provided. We found ourselves in sudden need of care for our 100-year-old mom, who had been living independently.
