I have not been back to a chiropractor in years due to a very poor experience. My wife has been seeing Dr. Kat for a while and she is so much better after seeing her. so, I just had my first appointment. What a great experience. She did a very detailed exam and we discussed if I have issues. Then our first treatment. I feel so much better and booked my follow ups I am so happy I met Dr. Kat and have her in my health plan going forward.
I can't recommend Dr. Kat enough. I blew a disc in my low back a few years ago and every healthcare professional told me I was surgical candidate. A friend gave me Dr. Kat's info and I figured I didn't have much to lose. She pulled zero punches and explained how my lifestyle is hindering my low back. She explained the issue and dry needled and adjusted my low back. I'm not a small guy and she absolutely manhandled me. I work with my body and she got me out pain faster than I could imagine. Thank you, Dr. Kat.
