I have toe nails for nails on my fingers. Chemical burn on the back of my leg from the pedicure cream that has acid in it to soften calloused feet and the wax was left on my eyebrows. This was the first time that I’ve been here in over two years and I’m never going back again. I didn’t say anything because I didn’t have time to get it fixed cause I had to get to class. So much for self-care day that I get once a month if I’m lucky
I visited this nail salon to remove my dip nails and the male nail tech insisted on using the drill even though it was BURNING . I asked if he could wrap my nails and let me wait to let them material dissolve and he said " no that's not how we do it here "! I told him my nails are thin and it's hurting me and he would not wrap my nails . Needless to say I went elsewhere and they wrapped my nails for me with no pain . Don't waste your money here Very unprofessional staff
I used to love them I just went 2 weeks ago and I’m now missing literally both my pinky fingernails AND my entire pinky toe nail Definitely trying to get a lawyer
