I was really disappointed with the pho at Bite. The broth was way too salty and didn’t have much flavor. The service was also poor and not very welcoming. Overall, the pho was just average and tasted more like instant noodles than authentic pho. Definitely not worth the price.
Given the price, I expected more from both the portion size and food quality. I ordered the beef Pho from this establishment and left still feeling quite hungry. They don’t have size denominations like regular or large, so you just pay $20 for the standard size. Meat quality is unsatisfactory, the cut up meatballs in the broth wasn’t too appealing and the beef itself is high in fat. Of all the pho places I’ve visited this is arguably the least appealing in terms of taste.
This place used to be good, kind of sad the owners don’t care anymore. I don’t care about price and have been going here for years. Went today and the place was hot as heck with no AC running means eating hot pho is a battle against forehead sweat. The pho was bland and small portion, garlic butter noodles sound good until you get them and they are so bland and tasteless we left them on the table. Parm garlic fries sound packed with flavor but bland as heck, I think they haven’t discovered salt yet. All for $20 bowl of pho….... read more
Banh mi was okay... Pretty sparse on the meat. I would recommend doubling it.
