NOT HAPPY. Scheduled an appointment through my home warranty and then Bay Appliance showed up to me house WITHOUT CONFIRMING the appointment with me. Since I was at work, I missed the appointment, but they didn't hesitate to charge me nonetheless.

Technician arrived at the reported time, quickly diagnosed & resolved the burner problem, and explained how to maintain the burner to prevent recurrence. Admin was slow in redirecting the payment to the warranty company.

Technician Mark was outstanding. Efficient and friendly, he was able to do the repair without issues. The company could be better coordinating with squaretrade insurance.

Got a message to call them because I scheduled a warranty repair for my GE French Door Refrigerator via GE's website. The woman I spoke to only wanted to schedule the repair to suit her a) despite the fact that the confirmation they got from GE specified a date and time range 12 days into the future and b) regardless of my reiterating that my availability was non-extant until that time. Called for appointment. female took info and made an appmt then she asked for my credit card Number. I said NO I will pay your $155.00 fee to come out plus any extra money charge if needed. She kept insisting the card was needed. I told her put yourself in my place, you are asking for my card when no work has been done yet does not make sense so she canceled appmt. I'm guessing best thing that ever happened to me. I had not read reviews which taught me a lesson. READ REVIEWS> Andrea
