I might need additional work on my car, but during the diagnostic process they were fair, transparent, and professional. Really appreciated how they took care of me, and would recommend.
Albert maintained exceptional communication throughout the whole process!! My Tesla's HV battery had stopped working and I was looking around for different options but I came across AT Automotive, and my car is back up and running!! Doing great, and have had no issues!! Definitely consider getting work done here, reasonable pricing as well a fraction from what tesla would've charged!
Found this shop on Google and went to get my car looked at as a walk-in. The shop doesn't usually get walk-ins but they were kind enough to make time for us. Albert helped us out with our hybrid warning light, asked a few questions about the car before performing a quick diagnostic check and discussing options with us. He sat down with us to go over a printed report on our engine codes and explained what was going on.
