Wow, Asylum Sports Performance & Recovery is the best in the biz. Dr. Umar and his staff and extremely warming, welcoming, and knowledgeable. If your in the Tri-State area and have any sports performance, or recovery issues/areas that need attention, I highly recommend Dr. Umar and his team.

Traveling across the world and finding Asylum in our travels was one of the best parts of our time in America. As a facility it has everything you need and or could want in a performance facility. If you're a local to Jersey don't sell yourself short, go here
