Very rude staff. I went to the reception and the person informed me that the staff is not there. Waited for 20 minutes and then he informs take the card and call if you want. Avoid this place.
Terrible experience with ASV. Parts ordered Monday, not dispatched til Friday on road freight, after I had specifically requested and paid for air freight. 2 weeks later still waiting for the parts. Stranded in Northwest WA. Customer service response has been terrible, even initially refusing to provide tracking number. Would never buy from ASV again.
Man driving the FJ cruiser is abusive and full of roid rage. Avoid this place like the plague

Lately Wait on hold for ever then phone hangs up. Previuosly experienced being told they don't have the part you want then ring back a different person tells you they do. No consistency..do they even look ?.
