ASUS recently "improved" their RMA process. This is the seventh time I've sent in my NUC, begging them to replace it with an upgrade because the thunderbolt ports failed again. I had the first issue when they asked me to ship it to a person in ********** instead of the service center. Apparently they're contracting out service as an "improvement." They sent it to the wrong service center. That took an extra week. They have begun shipping with ***** to save money, so shipping that took 2 days the previous six replacements now... read more

Incompetent isn't even the right word to use. ASUS weaponizes incompetence and plays it to their benefit. I purchased a $700 tablet from them (ROG Ally) in June 2023. I was an early adopter in a product that they seemed poised to knock out of the park. However, as well documented online, their tablet has a nasty habit of frying its SD card reader. After six months of complaints from users, ASUS admitted to the problem and gave it's users an extra year of warranty. However, when my device finally broke last week, I was greete... read more

I bought an ASUS MOTHERBOARD model B-E350-WIFI from ******. The motherboard was new and bricked. I returned the motherboard to Asus for repair 10/14 via ASUS return in ****** That was my first problem. The motherboard was delivered almost 11 days later. The motherboard is now with Asus, who now has a further delay because of parts. Asus motherboard are great - when they work. When they dont work, you are better returning to the vendor and buying something else. As of today 10/29/24, I still have no word on my warranty repair... read more

The laptop I bought off Amazon stopped working almost immediately after the return window closed. I didn't spill on it. Didn't eat near it. Yet there was goop in the motherboard. They do not care, and are actively making it hard for me to even get it fixed under the warrenty.

Asus customer support is garbage. They are clueless and do not know anything. I call them twice as my BIOS was loading. What they told me to do was useless, and then had the audacity to tell me to do a factory reset and lose all of my data. A bunch of morons, no better than what you find and Microsoft. The blind leading the blind.

Beware! Customer ********************** is terrible, slow, and are straight up extortionists. I had a cracked screen on my laptop, which I sent in for repair. I was quoted a $600 repair to replace the entire motherboard, which was not damaged. When asking them about it, they said my unit wasn't turning on (Which was working perfectly, a few days prior when I had it). After taking over a month of trying to negotiate, I had to ask them 3 entire times to send me back my laptop, and only receiving it over a week after I asked fo... read more

Product and Customer ********************** are HORRIBLE! I bought a Vivobook less than two months ago. Almost immediately, the track pad starting freezing up every 2 - 3 hours making it necessary to do a hard shutdown. My first call to customer ********************** resulted in being told to hold down the F2 key to do a "factory reset", which did nothing to solve the problem. My second call resulted in being told to hold down the F6 key and then uninstall the track pad drivers - which obviously solved nothing because the C... read more

I bought this laptop in May of 2023 and it was down in March of 2024, still within warranty. I mailed it back at the beginning of April, they requested me to pay for the repairt, which I do not think is fair, but I paid. They fisnished the work and shipped it back to me on 4/26 and so far I have not received it. After 30 emails/calls with their customer **********************, they shipped a replacement laptop (refurbished) and it arrived on 6/10, but unfortunately it is still not working, it even could not be started. what ... read more
