I tried ordering a Rog Xbox Ally X on the ASUS site, with my correct shipping and billing address that i have used thousands of times on other websites with no issue. The site continually canceled my order over and over again and when I called in support there was nothing they could do to put the order through.When I asked to speak to the manager, they said they'd call back in 30 minutes. Customer ********************** is one of the worst Ive ever dealt with. I purchased a $2800 laptop from their ASUS website. The item never shipped from the warehouse but on their own website it says purchase "complete". Their website states it will take 1-5 business days to arrive. On the ***** website all it shows is that a label was created. So far its almost 3 weeks delayed. I filed an initial inquiry 1 1/2 weeks after it went "missing". I sent my laptop out for repairs, it was out of warranty but they said they would waive it no problem. I sent it in and didn't have it for a month cause they put the wrong address down. A month later I get the laptop back to find out that it hasn't been fixed in the first few minutes of playing a game and they made the situation worse and now they are refusing to send a replacement saying "we don't do replacements" which is bs. They want me to pay to ship it back in for *** again. Do not order anything from them.
If i could five zero stars I would. They have found every reason in the book to not repair a product that I had proof of purchase on thats less than a year old. The final straw was when they told me to register rhe product and then came up with the excuse that it wasnt registered in the 60 day window...they have my product for 2 months now WHY COULDNT I HAVE BEEN INFORMED FRON THE START and you guessed it want more money to repair it. I've been dealing with Asus for about 3 weeks now. First of all, whoever the CS agent was, she must get a lot of complaints because she has her script down. She has a counter for everything. The worst customer ********************** I've ever had- had to repeat myself ten times for every spelling or number. They then refused to let me talk to someone else. They also have a ridiculous warranty program. I didn't know people could be so incompetent.
I purchased a Asus vivobook model S5506MA-WS76, brand new laptop used it only three times. On the 3rd time of using it, I had it on the charger. The first 2 times I was using battery only. So for the past 2 days I've been trying to buy the Rog Ally 512gb (2023) they had listed as available for $399, including a noted $100 discount off of it's "actual" price of $499. For 2 days they kept cancelling my orders and told me they don't know why my orders are being canceled and that I might want to have someone else try to place the order in case it may go through. On 4/3/2025 attempted to make a purchase from their online store. First time with a debit card, second time with a credit card. The reason for a second one was because 1 minute after receiving the confirmation email for my purchase, the order was then cancelled. So I tried a second time with a different payment method, and the same event occurred. Within about 1 minute of confirmation, the order was cancelled.
