Well done asus. I've been waiting for them to tell that my laptop has a cracked screen for like 2 weeks and now week later after I filed ADP report my repairing end date disappeared. No answer from support/calls. Awesome service, asus, as always 👍
Hi, my name is Michael. I have my 4090 tuff graphics card when I purchased it cost me almost $2000, sent out to Asus to get fixed due to damage caused by me. I was told it would take 10 days. I sent it out on November 18th with over night shipping. On December 5th is when they quoted me the $1089 and I paid immediately.
