Wish I could give negative stars. This company is awful. They take your money. Refuse treatment plans, won't pay for medication, fights with my Dr over everything. INSURANCE COMPANYS ARE A SCAM. AMERICANS GROW UP AND OPEN YOUR EYES. THINK ABOUT HOW MUCH MONEY YOU CAN SAVE EACH YEAR BY CUTTING OUT THE MIDDLE MAN WHO DOES ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. IS SOMEBODY WANTS TO SUE THIS CMPANY I WOULD BE ON YOUR SIDE 100%.
Literally the only positive is that you can reach their customer service quickly. The annual deductible is INSANE. My family is actually going to have to reach that maximum this year because I’m having to repair a labral tear. They literally just denied the CT scan which the surgeon needs to diagnose any bone abnormalities of my hip which would cause a reoccurrence. This is just where America is at with our healthcare. Depressing.
This is the worst insurance you can ever get. If you don't want to literally actually die, then find a different insurance company. The lifesaving Immunotherapy I need for my recurrence of cancer has now been denied by Asuris three times since my diagnosis, and now they are pulling out of the UW and Fred Hutchinson network as of January 1st 2026. Website is very difficult to use on a mobile device. I cannot download my EOB's. Customer service is very kind but it can be difficult to get the help you need when you call them.
I have diligently submitted receipts and filled out countless forms trying to get reimbursement for my daughter’s care. They deny these requests and don’t provide any assistance with submission, and no explanation as to why they deny. It truly is a shame to pay tons of money for coverage that doesn’t serve my family.
