I have diligently submitted receipts and filled out countless forms trying to get reimbursement for my daughter’s care. They deny these requests and don’t provide any assistance with submission, and no explanation as to why they deny. It truly is a shame to pay tons of money for coverage that doesn’t serve my family.

The absolute worst insurance company on the planet. My doctor wrote a prescription. They denied it because I didn't try the least expensive one first. Ok, so my Dr writes another prescription for the ONE THEY SUGGESTED. They denied that one too. So, I called AGAIN AND THEY SAID TRY THE DISCOUNT CARD. You'll get 3 months for $25 p/m. You have a commercial policy and you qualify. They offered this because the specialist referral they've already APPROVED can't get me in for almost 6 months. I’ve given it enough time to have at least a dozen claims paid out. I have not had to appeal Any decisions yet and my portion of the bills has been reasonable. In the past, I’ve had insurance companies that fight every single claim or try to underpay their portion.So far so good with asuris. thank you.
This is by far the worst insurance company i have EVER dealt with. They refuse to pay for anything and have messed up my account so bad, they had to do a full sweep of my account, which has been going on for months! This means I have had to pay out of pocket for some much needed knee injections and other things and months later this claim is "still processing".
