This is the worst insurance you can ever get. If you don't want to literally actually die, then find a different insurance company. The lifesaving Immunotherapy I need for my recurrence of cancer has now been denied by Asuris three times since my diagnosis, and now they are pulling out of the UW and Fred Hutchinson network as of January 1st 2026. Website is very difficult to use on a mobile device. I cannot download my EOB's. Customer service is very kind but it can be difficult to get the help you need when you call them.
I have diligently submitted receipts and filled out countless forms trying to get reimbursement for my daughter’s care. They deny these requests and don’t provide any assistance with submission, and no explanation as to why they deny. It truly is a shame to pay tons of money for coverage that doesn’t serve my family.

The absolute worst insurance company on the planet. My doctor wrote a prescription. They denied it because I didn't try the least expensive one first. Ok, so my Dr writes another prescription for the ONE THEY SUGGESTED. They denied that one too. So, I called AGAIN AND THEY SAID TRY THE DISCOUNT CARD. You'll get 3 months for $25 p/m.
