I’ve given it enough time to have at least a dozen claims paid out. I have not had to appeal Any decisions yet and my portion of the bills has been reasonable. In the past, I’ve had insurance companies that fight every single claim or try to underpay their portion.So far so good with asuris. thank you.
This is by far the worst insurance company i have EVER dealt with. They refuse to pay for anything and have messed up my account so bad, they had to do a full sweep of my account, which has been going on for months! This means I have had to pay out of pocket for some much needed knee injections and other things and months later this claim is "still processing". I've asked twice for a call back from a manager and I just get emails back from foreigners asking dumb questions that they already have the answers too. Don't waste y... read more
