John totally screwed up my husband’s phone while trying to set up my daughter’s phone, and then hauled ass. I have to call Verizon to fix this and have been on hold for over 45 minutes.

The initial delivery was same day as promised ,what was not expected however was them sending me a phone with a remote management lock on it from medical education and research institute making it impossible to set up and use the phone,now I’m without a phone for way more time because they didn’t take precautions to check if the device they sent out was useable

Everytime I'm on the phone with them it's at least 3 hours to go through the same we can't access your account etc and have me change my pin # several times just for it not to work, and finally get into my account set up my appointment just for them to not show up today makes the third call and no show appointment in two weeks 😡

Not a very good experience trying to do my first claim, they describe the claim process as an easy way to do it but I wasted like 2 hours trying to get my first claim approved without success
