Asurion is the WORST insurance provider for cellphones. I literally need compensation for the nightmare i just went through w/ these ppl. I had to call back 5 different times because the phone magically disconnected. They took my $99 deductible & claimed it was denied. What happened was i spent an hour on the phone, went through the whole process, took my money & then said my replacement phone no longer exists. The last guy i talked to was exceptionally horrible.
