Paying for insurance for my phone and the insurance offer $29 screen replacement just to be told that since yall don’t have the screen for a 13 pro max that i will have to replace my entire phone for $250 just don’t sit well with me..
I have been trying to get a hold of my protection plan to come get fix my washer for more than 6 months. customer service has been horrible not a single clear answer to my resolution. They keep brushing it up making excuses saying they do not have the correct documentation to submit the proper claim to get my item fixed. worst protection plan ever and I would never get anything with them again.
I use Asurion for cell phone protection. I filed a claim for a cracked screen. Asurion scheduled a technician to come to my home between 1:00 to 3:00 on a weekday. So, I had to take off work for this appointment. 3:00 came and the technician never showed or called. I call Asurion immediately and they tell me the technician cannot make it today and they cannot schedule me another appointment.
