I don’t know what went on with the other reviews, but I actually had a great experience. I’m in college and my phone started crashing inhibiting me from doing my work (duo mobile). I called and Michelle walked me through the whole process and a replacement will be on the way tomorrow. There was a $99 deductible but that’s much more preferable than $1500 for a new phone in my opinion. I think customer service is reflective of how you talk to your customer service agent. Will be keeping my insurance with them for sure though

I get my screens fixed and now my double tap doesn’t work. I go to file a claim and then it says I can’t file a claim. Call the help line and it sends me right back to the claim that the won’t take. This is a terrible service

This company is full of crap. I’m a 911 dispatcher who desperately needs their phone. I set three different appointments and a technician NEVER came out. What do I pay insurance for huh?? & the customer service is terrible! I HATE ASURION !!!!!! I never thought I would go through this!!! I’m canceling my insurance plan bc I can’t use it anyway THEY DONT COME OUT!!!

Worst customer service ever. I will never purchase insurance on products again. The process is beyond a headache to submit a Claim and the representatives are rude and unable to assist. Still not resolved.

I tried to get my cell phone repaired through the insurance I'm paying and instead they wanted to give me a new device, having to pay a deductible of $250 plus taxes for a device that the Cricket company to which I belong and associated with my insurance has a price of $99.99.
