Worst customer service ever. I will never purchase insurance on products again. The process is beyond a headache to submit a Claim and the representatives are rude and unable to assist. Still not resolved.
I tried to get my cell phone repaired through the insurance I'm paying and instead they wanted to give me a new device, having to pay a deductible of $250 plus taxes for a device that the Cricket company to which I belong and associated with my insurance has a price of $99.99.
Horrible customer service.
OK, so I am editing my review. Some of the people are good to work with here if I could remember his name I’d give him a shout out. He made things easier, but the first guy that I spoke to he had an accent he kept on pushing me to get the protection plan and I told him three times that I did not want it and we would wait and then I get Onto Verizon to look at my next bill and I see that my bill is $166, for one because I’m getting charged for a Netflix plan that I do not use and secondly, he added the protection plan anyways... read more
