Absolutely horrible experience. Unreliable, dishonest, doesn’t follow through.
Wasted a whole hour to get nowhere after speaking to 2 different people
Poor poor customer service they don’t even have real people and the auto cal hangs up and sends all type of bullshit emails
Absolutely crap, had to deal with a broken phone for over a month because the technician canceled on us 5 separate times. When finally fixed they used a non official screen. Resulting in all of Face ID no longer working and may more problems.
