When I brought my phone in to replace the interior screen, they noticed the exterior was also cracked and made the necessary adjustments so they could replace both. Great job!
I made an appointment to have my phone fixed so they knew when and what type of phone I would be bringing in. After driving 30 minutes to get there I'm told when I arrive they don't have the part because they "used them all yesterday" and I would have to wait three more days until the part was available again. Now who is to say the part will be available again if I try to make another appointment? Bad business model, bad customer service. These guys were great. Helping with manufacturers that didn't know what they were supposed to do so these guys could help me. I would definitely go there again.
Came in with an android phone (mom in law, I have an iPhone) with a crazy pop up problem, 15 min before closing. Erin was able to help us immediately and was so super nice. Highly recommend! I have no idea how to navigate an android and Erin solved the problem in 10 min. Couldn’t have done it without him! Thank you Erin!
