Chris at uBreakiFix did a fantastic job of diagnosing and fixing my phone problem that 3 other businesses got wrong, and what even the company's national tech support office was unable to figure out. Chris was attentive to my problem from the start and took his time to contemplate what his decision would be. He worked with the phone for several minutes and then took action. I'd recommend him and his store to anyone fighting the technology gremlins like I was. So relieved!!
