The techs at uBreakiFix, for formerly Asurion, were helpful and knowledgeable. The only other feedback is that two promised follow-up phone calls from them did not take place, possibly due to customer volume. When I called in each case to ascertain status, I was thoroughly briefed on progress and options going forward.
I brought my Pixel 6a in with a shattered screen and they had it fixed and ready the same day super fast turnaround! The repair quality is excellent; the screen looks brand new and works perfectly. A few weeks later I had to go back because my SIM card got stuck. Taki was incredibly helpful and patiently got it out without damaging anything. He was friendly, professional, and really went the extra mile. This is now my go-to repair shop. Honest, quick, and great customer service. Highly recommend them!
