Dallas, the manager of the Washington, PA store has been extremely helpful every time I have spoken to him. When I got there I was flustered, and he was super patient and full of information. I would definitely recommend using this service.

I went to a UbreakIFix store and had a horrible experience, I'm hoping someone can help me out. For reference this is a brand new S24 Samsung Galaxy that is just over a month old. I took it to the store and was told that I was going to be charged $100 for a charging port replacement. This phone has been kept in very good condition, has always had a case, etc. I was told that there was "debris" in it and that they wouldn't warranty it.
