Excellent service. Technicians were very helpful and very knowledgeable.
Made a appointment at 11:00pm the previous night they showed up at 9:00am sharp the following day. Took the tech 15 minutes to fix my damaged screen on my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. Polite prompt service. Very happy customer! ☆Chris☆

Customer service - greeting me so I could explain ... my cell had at least one virus and left it for several hours. Kept me informed - I live alone in senior apartments and did not want to be without my cell overnite. He totally understood.S Said my technician was Eduardo - not sure he was the customer service person I spoke with. We are not very happy. With your service it took us six weeks to put a battery in a gpf with very little communication and still never got it fixed. Buried this satisfied what your service and we'll never come back......
