I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for a simple hinge repair on our laptop. Popped in today to check the status to find the store shut down. No one answering phones and a sign directing the public to the Property Management company. Absolutely disgusted with Asurion at the moment.

I was referred from AT &T store when my phone flat linked. I was getting absolutely nothing natter what I did or tried. Phone only 1.5 years old and nothing had happened to it. I went and paid $60 to get it looked at and then that $60 is applied to cost if they can fix it. I waited a few hours, they were busy but they fixed it!!! It only cost me that $60! I was extremely happy. Turned out to be some glitch with me battery that needed to be reset.
