Had previously had great experiences here, but yesterday an employee made up an arbitrary rule about electronics recycling on the spot.
I came into the store this afternoon with an issue that had nothing to do with phone repair. I was unable to get into my email. Josh, one of the technicians took a fair amount of his time to explain what and why he was doing what he did, things that i could try on my own to fix the issue. He was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient. He gave me some of the best customer service I have ever experienced..
