Phones fixed. Coordination was easy. Nick was very professional and handled my questions effectively. Only one hiccup. Sim card wasn't aligned and it needed to be aligned so the phone recognized it was there. All good. Phone works again and no chance to cut my fingers on the broken screen. Thanks.
