I sent in my laptop to find out that that my screen is damage so the company ordered the part in which it got delayed, so I called them up to see how things are going and not only that they said they would discount me for the delay but the receptionist was chipper and Jingling along. you don't every see that with other company's so it was a nice to encounter someone relax like that. would come back again.
They did an excellent job with the repair, and were willing to hold onto it until I was able to pay for the repairs. Very friendly when I met them in person and all around just a great job fixing my ps5.
Wow, the service was fast and looks amazing, new screen and screen cover are terrific! The service guys were delightful. I hope I don’t break another screen, but if I do this is where I will go
Friendly staff. Ridiculous to be charged 50.00 for a component that ended up being unfixable and disposed of.
