Brandon was very nice and polite. After we left the iPad with him he called saying it was going to cost more than we thought initially due to screen composition/configuration. Appreciated his info & honesty about the new charges and we opted to not fix it. Thanks Brandon!
Staff was very professional, polite and very knowledgeable. I came in with an over heating issue on my PS5. And the gentleman, I forgot his name, told me how the break down on the system would go and gave an estimate time for completion. He even beat the time and got it finished same day. Great place to go
The two gentlemen in Tyler that helped me were very knowledgeable and helpful in repairing my phone. It was definitely worth the hour & a half drive. I've already told several people about this business.
