Excellent Service. I had filed a claim online. The young lady was pleasant, knew I was coming and had my phone ready in 2 hours. I'll use them again.
They were very polite and courteous. Phone was frozen and they rebooted it and got it to work. They did a really nice job.
IF I COULD ONLY PUT 0 STARS!! Went to this company to gety Ps5 cleaned and replace the liquid metal. Brought it in Tuesday and told me it would take 3 days. Kept postponing it for whatever reason they could find. Ending up getting it after 7 days of bullshit excuses and calling everyday. Got it back home and immediately noticed dust and debris onn the OUTSIDE of it. Tried to turn it on to play. SHUT OFF 10 minutes into playing. I'm a 29 year old disabled veteran. I just got home tonight with my Playstation 5 that I took to UbreakIfix in Tyler, Texas. I couldn't be more disappointed or disgusted. They told me when I took the Playstation in last Tuesday it should be just 3 to 5 days to clean it and fix the liquid metal, but then came up with excuse after excuse as to why it wasnt done and they needed another day!
