OMG! They did an absolutely AMAAAAZING job on my $1200 Samsung S23 Ultra! Wow...my phone was cracked in the back from it being thrown AND screen cracked in the front from falling on cement sidewalk. I thought my phone was DONE! Once I brought my phone in, they gave me great customer service and my phone looked as new as when I bought it 3 years ago! Soooo shocked but grateful I got same day service and supreme workmanship! These guys are THE BEST!!!! Thank you!!!🙏
My phone screen was totally unresponsive and white. Thankfully the staff at this location was able to fix the issue within a few hours. Very grateful to the team at the Bay Ridge location for being so helpful and the smooth process. It would have been way worse to have to send the phone back to the manufacturer. I'm glad this store was in the neighborhood.
Really fast repair
Very kind & understanding staff. They took the time to listen to my issue and explained what needed to be done. Since I would'nt have my phone when dropping it off, I didn't have google Navigation with me. The girl at the front desk offered to print out directions to help me get where I was going. Picked up phone and it was good as new. Just a pleasurable experience all around. Will be back if need service again.
