Worst experience in customer service I’ve ever had. Brought my TV there on July 26 because that’s where the insurance company told me to go. I had a schedule an appointment at 11. Left my TV there. It’s been 10 days. I have not heard anything from the shop. I contacted them today. The person who answered the phone was very vague and inept. Brought in my broken phone no one could fix. VICTOR spent 5 minute with the phone fixed and sent me on my way. Super company and super person!
Victor was such a huge help in figuring out the issues with my phone. He was very kind and fixed the issue same day.
Went here to get my phone screen replaced through Asurion. I was a walk in and Abdul and Victor worked with me to get the repair completed super quickly because I was scheduled to be on a teleconference in a couple of hours. My phone was fixed beautifully and returned to my possession earlier than promised. Thank you guys! I really appreciate your expertise and professionalism!
