I walked in at 1:12 to pick up my iPad that was already completed. I was greeted by a Mohammad. I told him my iPad was ready to go and I was just there for a pickup. He continued to help the other customer. After about 30mins I asked if there was anyone else that could just grab the iPad. He said I'm helping this customer. At 1:50 another man stepped out to bring my iPad. So they made me wait all that time when I could have received help long before. I'm cancelling my insurance with them.
