Overall I was happy with my repair but my only issue was with the repair time I was quoted. My phone is vitally critical to my job and I was originally quoted a repair time of 2 - 3 hours. After a string of delays my repair ended up taking almost 2 days. The staff were very helpful and fully explained all the delays which i appreciated, I was also given a discount for the inconvenience.
