The Apopka store is the worst place you can take your stuff to. They don’t know what customer service is. They let my stuff sit there without even a phone call letting me know the could not fix it. Don’t waste your time or money with this store.

was told could repair phone after Samsung said to go there. drive over 1 hr there..after 3 hrs..no repair.. was told batt leaked, phone no good.Samsung would replace with new one. this was fri 8/31/18 .. go today to pick up.. was told new phone with 1 yr warranty..totally false..!!!!!!! used phone, thats repaired with limited warranty
I had them fix my iPad and when I took the plastic off the screen the screen had a hair line crack in it. Took it back and they said that never happens and I damage it. Very poor quality replacement screens and even worse customer service. The last $150 you’ll get out of me.
I paid to have insurance on my Apple iPhone7 with Asurion. I accidently dropped my phone this morning on way in to office and screen shattered. According to the Verizon website with my plan this was covered at cost of $29 deductible. I followed all procedures with Asurion to make the claim. I got an email to call them. Once I called the customer service rep said I was denied for "Suspicious Activity". I am a real person, sent in all documents and details requested including my passport.
