10/10 quick and easy repair
Quite satisfied overall. Needed to get my keyboard replaced on my laptop and once the replacement part got in, they had it done within 24 hours. A few weeks later and haven't had a single issue with the laptop. Deducted 1 star because when you call, they route you through a useless and annoying AI bot. If not for that, it would be 5 stars
