Omg… incompetence doesn’t cover it. Took my laptop to get the ‘touchscreen’ fixed and they replaced it with a regular one two times!!! The second time we even spoke to the manager (Carlos) and yet they replaced it again with a regular one. I just dropped it off for the 3rd time and beyond livid/fed up with them. I placed a big sticky note with ‘TOUCHSCREEN’ on it… fingers crossed. Sigh…
Great service done in a timely manner. I'll use him again.

Today I was in the store was great service with my phone and also I see customer no respect to the service person I feel sorry because him was great with the other two customers before me.
