The guy there was so awesome he was smiling the whole time & I felt he was glad to be of service to me to fix my phone cover -I will always do business there if you hired people like him!
Took my pixel phone in for the screen to be fixed under asurion. They repaired the screen same day. However the reason I didn't give 5 stars is because my screen camera no longer worked and caused a big hassle for me when I finally needed it. But I did take it back in and it was repaired again to my satisfaction.
If it's possible to give negative stars, I would. I brought in a device with super deep scratches screen under warranty. Not only did they fail to replace the screen, the broke the device in the process of attempting to fix it, and now the touchscreen doesn't work at all! And when I asked them to assist me with finding a suitable replacement, I was told they'll do no such thing. Abysmal and super dismissive of my concerns.
Finally got it done correctly!! Everyone here is knowledgeable my phone is working again!!
