A big shout out to Brahim for helping me with my phone He knew exactly what to do
Technician came to my home and had my screen fixed in around 20 minutes. Traffic/scheduling had him arrive outside of my arranged time slot, but I was notified in advance by asurion (as well as the technician who was headed to my location) to ensure I was okay with the delay. Easiest phone repair I've ever dealt with. Tech was very nice and personable.
Called Newington store and gave me wrong info without seeing the phone. Went to Glastonbury and the two men Doan and Pierre were awesome. Top quality service. Phone was repaired within two hours.
