Amazing service went above and beyond by asking another technician from another store to come work on my device faster than expected and was fixed super fast!!!
Came with a claim, was handed an iPhone cord and no instructions, no spirit to help, poor example of custom service. Frankly had higher expectations for a business close to the university.
Went to pick up phone and this guy Eddie was helping us and we want to remove the sim card from the back up phone to the phone we just got fixed he removed the sim card from the backup phone and when he put the the sim tray back he almost broke it and then he couldn't get the tray for the sim card to open on the phone they just fix went to back so we have no idea what he did because the sim card tray is sticking out of the phone that they fix so now $128 an hour later waiting at tmobile to see what they can do to fix the pro... read more
