I had an amazing experience at You Break I Fix, and I especially want to shout out Hazel. Hazel was incredibly patient, kind, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. The initial service was great, seamless and the tech was a pleasure to deal with. Immediately after leaving, a new unrelated issue occurred to the phone which had a piece blocking the front camera (which the tech agreed was not there originally upon inspection.) We called within 15 minutes and were told to come in the next day since they were closing soon.
