Even though they couldn’t repair my phone because of additional issues, my overall experience was still wonderful. From the assistant at the front to the person who called me with updates, everyone was professional and courteous.
I personally talked to Mr.Steve about my problems with my phone. He gave a great overview of what was wrong and how to fix it!!he cleaned out the port, and anything else that was wrong with my phone!! It works great!! And telling all my friends about this great place and the great staff there!! Please keep up the great work guys!! Thank you!!
A worker named a alica fixed my phone and was just wonderful at explaining what was going on

Asurion reps told me to take my phone to this store, and once they (the authorized dealer) received the phone, Asurion would issue me an electronic gift card. We drove 25 miles one way to take the phone to ubreakifix, only to be told we have to have the original box, and the e-gift card will be issued once Asurion receives the phone. Horrible experience. Do not recommend.
