Caleb was great! Fixed my phone quickly and it looks like new.
Caleb was great, very personable and helpful. I had a tablet issue which Caleb fixed. I was notified to pick up the tablet. When I arrived, another team member who was taking payment told me checks were not accepted. I had the check filled in when I was informed of the cash only policy for the first time. There were no "cash only" signs posted anywhere in the store. No one informed me ahead of time that cash was needed to pick up the tablet. I had driven several miles to pick up the computer.
