I booked an appointment, including information on what my phone was and the repair needed (broken screen). Only to show up and have them tell me that they didn't have the needed screen in stock and to try again on Monday. That's it. After having left work early and traveling there only to not receive any service, I was very disappointed. Not to mention their quoted price for the repair was much higher than their competitor. I won't be returning.
