got my screen protector changed fast and cheap
Had a Samsung Zfold 4 and had them replace the Shell for Hundreds of dollars. A little tiny black dot on the front Formed from a tiny one to wide Spread damage. I took it back in and they wanted to do the same operation again and told me the front screen can't be Replaced alone. Which is a lie. And it's a shame because they're the ones who fixed it and then broke it fixing it putting it back together. Friendly, knowledgeable and fixed my phone. Phone was ready to pick up when they said it would be ready.
Sonny is always helpful. Fixed a problem on my desktop and before got my iPhone back on track. Super patient and knowledgeable employee. Next time I get jammed, I will come back for help.
Sonny and Caleb were great. They were very helpful listening to my problem and attempted to troubleshoot my phone. Unfortunately it was beyond diagnostic test because it was too locked up to even access. They did however standby with me during my call into Samsung customer service which however turned into an adventure itself. I highly recommend this company for any of your repair/troubleshooting needs with phones/computers/or tablets. They are full service.
