I took my laptop in and Reuben was great, and very patient with me! He and Eddie were both friendly and knowledgeable, I felt very at ease when trying to explain my problem. I also saw people picking up phones and iPads that had successfully been repaired. I highly recommend!

I had a black screened Pixel 5a. The Issaquah team has a look, and determined that it was the main board. They chose not to charge me, because they don't charge if they can't help. It's a fair policy that ensure that they will get repeat business from me.
