Mike did the repair and it was done when he said it would be. Very happy with the service.
The store manager (Michael) was amazing. T-Mobile was being a real pain with their insurance on a failed screen. I went to uBreakiFix for a better solution and Michael went out of his way to help me work with the T-Mobile's poor customer support. I was in Michael's store for 4 hours with him helping me and the cost was way less than you would have expected. I left very impressed! Would higher recommend going there for help!
The repair was not successful but the effort by Quinn was 5 stars. It was an old CD player from the 1980’s. The player was just worn out. It can be replaced inexpensively. My prior experience with UbreakIfix on a printer was 100% successful. So when a fix is possible, the team does the job.
