Ethan was awesome. They have been very thorough and helpful on a few of my phone issues in the past. Today Ethan helped restore something I screwed up, then checked my apps with recommendations to determine a few he thought might cause me issues. And didn't charge me. I insisted on it, as he fixed an issue that was causing me anxiety. Highly recommend.
Worked w/Ethan, he was outstanding! Fixed the old phone & helped setup the new phone! Answered all my ???’s ! Would highly recommend this store to all!!!
Went in to the shop with my granddaughters broken IPAD screen. The gentleman was so kind and answered all my questions and left me with so much more knowledge. The repair was complete within 24hrs as I was told. So happy that I found a very reliable, knowledgeable and friendly place.😊
My data was saved! The price was high for me but my contacts and pics are very important to me. The price would by reasonable if I weren't so poor.
My phone wasn't charging, I couldn't wait for the insurance to fix it so I brought my phone to the lake Zurich location and within 2 minutes, the guy cleaned my charging port and the phone started charging again.. definitely bring any electronics to this location.. they are great! 6 stars!!
