About what you would expect from asurion don't waste your time. 2 times same problem no results then they made up something don't buy asurion warranties and a oid companies that use them

WORST place to get your phone fixed. They repaired the screen and because they found an issue with the phone that was already there before the screwn cracked they wont let us tale the phone and now they are going to reverse all the fixes and charge 30 dollars. Now Im out a phone and 30 dollars wasted my time and he was rude the entire process. NEVER go here.
