I had a terrible experience at U Break I Fix. When I first went there with my laptop issue, the guy at the help desk wasn’t welcoming at all and didn’t seem to understand my problem. The next day, I got a call saying my hard disk was corrupted, and it would cost XX amount to repair it, but all my data would be lost.
