If I could give negative stars I would. I am beyond dissatisfied with how my warranty claim was handled by Samsung and the authorized repair center uBreakiFix in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. I own a 6-month-old Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 that developed a screen malfunction. This device has been in a protective case since the day I purchased it and has absolutely no physical damage. they were great! even tho they didn't have the part, i was able to bring one in, and they installed the new part rather quickly, as they knew i was waiting... very happy!
