Horrible business that just wants money. My phone is in perfect condition and they will not warranty it out for a super common well-known problem with the z folds. This isn't the first time ive had this issue either I had the same exact problem with the z fold 3 and that one was wareinted out. This place is super greedy. The hdmi was needed repair. When we got it back it wouldn’t turn on and the back of the Xbox was loose. However they said they didn’t touch it due to the serial number not being on the back. However they took it when i dropped it off. They kept it for a week and a half. They never updated us on the repair or what was going on. We never received an email with an order number.
