I had a great experience at this shop. I came in and explained that another shop had left me in a bad place after damaging the phone during a repair and then not having a tech in the store for another three days to look at it. They were able to take a look at the phone in less than two hours and give me a diagnosis. Thanks so much for the help guys.

Samsung recommended I visit the store to see if they unlock my phone with their software. I was very clear that I did not want a hard reset on my phone when I arrived there. I was more than happy to pay for them to check it and was told by the young man that he would contact me on the other phone I had when he had an answer for me and before anything other than attempting to unlock using the software was done.
