I've been here multiple times over the years and aside from my last visit it has always been a great experience; as I always saw the owner. However when I went in the other day I handed in my phone after waiting 15 minutes to be seen only to be told that I needed to contact Amazon to resolve my issue with assurian only for Amazon to inform me that in fact no they cannot solve the issue and I need to contact asurian directly, which I did only to find out my claim is good to go no issues at all its perfect, but when I go back ... read more
