You are asking within 1 hour of picking up my repaired laptop. Have only just got it opened. So I'm not yet sure if the fix worked. Love my local office and staff, but this new push for a monthly fee for total home coverage is a ridiculous money grab. And I - like millions of others - are sick to death if these obnoxious surveys and ratings requests. Cut out the middleman and let your techs just do their job. Maybe pay THEM the $ you save on irritating surveys.
Evan at UBreakIFix checked out my battery on my Galaxy phone with their diagnostic program to see if it needed to be replaced. It didn't, and then he checked it for programs running in the background that might be using up the charge. Hopefully that will help. No charge!
