I was quoted $400 for a full screen and back cover repair, with a one-week turnaround. I paid a 50% down payment. After a week, I was told it would cost $100 more and take 10 extra days because they forgot to order the part. I asked if I could get a full refund and they could only give back 75% of my deposit. They would not refund the labor fee. It feels ridiculous to be charged for a service and then be asked to pay more 10 days later due to their error. Especially since a full refund is unavailable.
