The gentleman working at the Hamden store was very helpful. Saved me some money too. Turn around time was fast. I would definitely go there again.

On vacation I fell into a river, taking my phone along for the "swim". After taking it to another place to have the battery replaced, it wasnt charging at all and eventually wouldn't turn on. I was so upset because i had data that wasnt backed up. Came to uBreakiFix and Danny got it to turn back on and hold a charge so I was able to get all my data off of it. A friend through work was recommended to go here through bestbuy, her computer was incorrectly diagnosed with water damage and a huge 1000+ dollar bill was thrown her way. I told her i had built a PC or two, so I would take a look. The PC was returned with the main 16 pin unplugged, loose CPU AIO cooler, and several other things unplugged like fans.
