I visited the Hamden CT. Location and the guy was great..Excellent customer service ,very helpful ,gave me options. Don't go to the Newington CT. Location..The guy didn't even check my phone and right away he told me to get a replacement and that cost me $ 275.. but the guy in Hamden said it just need it a screen replacent.

He was able to guide me to a cost effective solution that was way cheaper than what Apple had quoted me. I thought I was going to need to replace the whole computer but within a week my issue was fixed, as promised. Danny was attentive, to the point, and trustworthy. I am a happy customer.
