Great service from Quentin. He was willing to work within my tight schedule and have my phone fixed in less than 2 hours, which was greatly appreciated.
Very small storefront operation with 3 guys on the desk. My first time there. Really an odd operation and my hope for a simple walk-in update to a phone battery (which a notice I received said I could have done) didn't happen and I now wait for a phone call to come back when they have the part (120 mile round trip for me). Color me disappointed.
I'm from Erie PA. got the Google notice re: my 6a phone battery; happened to be going to BUF - called ahead & stopped at uBreakiFix in OP to see if they could do the battery. Sorry to say I did not get the techs name (my bad) but you know who you are : EXCELLENT SERVICE & JOB. THANK YOU. you saved me so many headaches!
